“Family Guy” creator Seth MacFarlane, in his directorial debut, gives us a funny…and raunchy at times…story of a teddy bear named Ted (voiced by MacFarlane) that comes to life because of young boy’s (John played as an adult by Mark Wahlberg) wish.
At 35 John and Ted are still living together and getting into a lot of trouble…until girlfriend Lori (Mila Kunis) steps-in.

Keep the kids at home…this film is rated R for a reason.
Some potty humor and the kidnapping storyline is a little weak.
