Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children

☆☆☆
+
With just a hint of X-Men...Miss Peregrine and her children all have special powers...and meeting them is engaging and fun.

You can always count on Tim Burton to add a special unique quality (maybe odd) to any film he directs.
-
Maybe expectations were too high, but "Miss Peregrine's..." just missed the mark.
The time warps add a little unnecessary confusion, and we do not really to get to know most of the children.

Rated PG-13
2 hr. 7 min.
